🤔 How can I return or exchange an item?

We apologize if you are dissatisfied with our products. Simply email info@carlygems.com with your order number and the goods you'd want to refund, and we'll take care of the rest.

🤔 What are your return policies?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of the order's receipt.

Please contact info@carlygems.com to place a return or if you are experiencing difficulty making a return within the 30-day deadline.

Returns must include the order number, and new products will be mailed to you. Please keep in mind that your original shipping expenses are not returned.

🤔 What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We apologize if you received a product that was not what you bought! Please email us at info@carlygems.com, and we will ensure that you receive the exact product that you requested!

🤔 What is your return policy if I am dissatisfied with your Gem?

You have 30 days from the time you get your package to return it. The packing guidelines are as follows:

Pack the goods safely in a box.

Apply the mailing label on the parcel's address side, covering up any prior delivery address and barcode, but without overlapping any neighboring sides.

Use the address provided and include the required postage.

Send your package using your local post office or a shipping service of your choice.
